  • Foundation / Framed Structure

    Foundation with RCC M 25 grade concrete design.

  • Super Structure

    First Class brickwork in Cement Mortar. All external walls of 9” think and internal walls of 4.5” think walls.

  • Plastering

    Internal Walls & Ceiling – Double coat cement plastered surface with smooth finish. External Walls – Double coat sand faced cement plastering with water proofing compound and painted with weather proof cement paint.

  • Flooring

    Vitrified tiles of 2' X 2' size / equivalent in hall & all rooms. Anti Skid tiles flooring in all toilets and glazed tiles dado up to door top level. Designer cement tiles flooring in parking.

  • Doors and Windows

    Main door & Windows are teak wood and internal frames are teak wood with flush doors. Bathroom doors are PVC doors with PVC frame.
  • Water Proofing

    Water proofing treatment for areas exposed to water such as toilets, balconies and terraces.

  • Kitchen

    Polished granite platform with stainless steel sink and glazed ceramic tile dado up to 2'height above Kitchen Platform. Provision for exhaust or chimney.

  • Sanitary and Plumbing Works
    All Parryware / Cera or equivalent sanitary fittings with CPVC pipelines. All CP Brass fittings are of plumber or equivalent make. Three washbasins per house, one in dinning with pedestal, one in master bath room and third one in either guest or children bathroom. Hot and Cold wall mixer in all bedrooms with Geyser provision.

  • Painting

    External: ACE colors exterior emulsion paints for all exterior walls and Texture paint for front elevation as per design. Internal: False ceiling (Duplex Villas only) with smooth luppam finish in acrylic emulsion paints of Asian / equivalent

  • Electricals

    Power: Concealed copper wiring in conduits for lights, fans, plug and power plug points of Finecab make / equivalent. Power outlets for air-conditioners in all bedrooms. Power plug for cooking range chimney, waterpurifier, refrigerator, microwave ovens, mixer / grinder in kitchen. All electrical fittings of Maru Miracle / Madison or equivalent. Inverter wiring in all rooms and kitchen. Provision for cable / Dish TV connection in all living rooms.

  • Power Backup

    Power backup for common lighting & Water supply.

  • Water Supply Piping

    Superior quality CPVC piping. Provided common over head tank with bore wells & separate underground sumps for each unit and also individual over head tank for each unit.

  • Utilities / Wash

    Provision for washing machine

  • Telecom

    Intercom connection to all the Villas from security gate. Provision for broadband connectivity to each villa.
  • Compound Wall

    Common compound wall with one gate and two gate lights provision on the road side.

  • Staircase Railings

    Stainless steel railing for internal staircase and mild steel railing for outside furnishings (if any).

    Cement shelves in all bed rooms, kitchen & living room.
